About us
A celebration should be a joy for the person hosting it, too
We build EventHub so that planning a wedding, a milestone birthday or a family celebration stops being a second job — with spreadsheets, group chats and sleepless nights before the big day.

Where it all began
We went through planning a celebration from the first idea to the last toast
We talked to couples, people celebrating milestone birthdays, their parents and professional planners. We sat in on planning meetings, read family group chats and looked through guest spreadsheets hundreds of rows long. And we wrote down exactly where the headaches begin.
Six months before
The idea and the venue
“Where do we even start?”
Three months before
Invitations
“Who has had one and who hasn’t?”
A month before
Guest replies
“Call forty people. Again”
A week before
Seating and the menu
“Auntie can’t sit next to Uncle”
The day itself
The programme
“When’s the cake? Where do we park?”
Afterwards
Photos and settling up
“Can someone send the photos?”
What we understood
It’s not the celebration that wears you out — it’s the chaos around it
Everything is scattered
Guests in a spreadsheet, the menu in messages with the restaurant, the timings in notes, the budget in a notebook. To answer a simple question you have to open five places.
Everything rests on one person
The organizer remembers who is vegetarian, who is bringing children and who took offence at the seating. If they fall ill, the whole celebration stalls.
Guests keep asking the same things
The address, the dress code, what time it starts, where my table is. Every question is one more message to answer on the busiest day.
What we made of it
One place for the whole celebration
We turned every pain point from our interviews into a specific section of the workspace. Nothing extra — only what really takes the load off.
| Before | Now |
|---|---|
| Ringing round guests and a spreadsheet of ticks | Guests reply through a personal link and the list builds itself |
| Seating on a scrap of paper | A floor plan where guests are dragged between tables |
| “Who’s eating what?” in a chat with the restaurant | Guests choose their own dish and the restaurant gets a ready list |
| Timings and tasks in one person’s head | The programme, tasks and budget are shared by the whole team |
| The fear of forgetting something | Mira, the assistant, says what’s left and sets reminders |
| A hundred identical questions on the day | Every guest has their table, the programme and directions on their phone |
What we believe
The best organizer is the one who got to dance too
Simpler than a spreadsheet
If something is harder to use than Excel, we rebuild it.
Guests are users too
A grandmother should be able to open the invitation and reply without calling her grandson.
A celebration is personal
Your team sees your guests’ contact details — other guests don’t.
How we work
We test every feature at real celebrations
Our team brings together event organizers, designers and developers. Before we release a feature, we run it at a live event and see whether things got easier. Many sections began as letters from our users.
Send us an ideaLeave the chaos to us and keep the celebration for yourself
