Terms of Service

1. General Terms & Offer

These Terms govern your use of the EventHub website and mobile application provided by Denis Fedorovici, str. Studenților 5, MD-4839 Stăuceni, mun. Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. By creating an account, accessing an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Questions can be sent to support@geteventhub.app.

2. Governing Law & EU Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. For consumer users (B2C) residing in the European Union, the choice of Moldovan law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections under your local EU laws (pursuant to Rome I Regulation (EC) No 593/2008).

3. Payments and Paddle

EventHub can be used for free: every event starts on the Free plan, for up to 30 guests. The paid event plans are one-time payments for a single event: Pro, for up to 100 guests, costs €14, and Unlimited, for more than 100 guests, costs €24. Moving from Free to a paid plan costs the price of that plan; moving from a paid plan to a higher one costs the price difference plus a €5 processing fee, so Pro to Unlimited costs €15. An event plan does not renew and stays with the event it was bought for. Organizations can also subscribe to Studio, for €14 a month or €140 a year, or Agency, for €39 a month or €390 a year. A subscription is paid in advance and renews automatically for the same period until it is cancelled. Both subscriptions lift the limits of the organization workspace; with Studio, the organization’s events get Pro for €7, Unlimited for €12, and the upgrade from Pro to Unlimited for €5 without the processing fee, and with Agency every event of the organization is Unlimited while the subscription runs. A change of tier or billing interval is settled pro rata straight away. The organization owner can cancel a subscription at any time on the organization’s Billing page on the website; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the subscription keeps working until then. Prices are in euros; the final price, including applicable taxes such as VAT, depends on your country and is shown at checkout before you pay. Purchases on the website are sold by Paddle as the merchant of record (reseller), whose buyer terms also apply.

4. Google Play and Apple App Store

Use of a store-distributed version is also subject to the applicable store terms and standard end-user license agreement. Google and Apple are not responsible for EventHub support or maintenance except as stated in their own terms. Refunds for store purchases are handled under the rules and tools of the store that processed the purchase. For the iOS version, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable end-user terms to the extent required by Apple’s standard terms.

5. Cancellations, Withdrawal, and Refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the contract is concluded; the Refund and Cancellation Policy explains it in full and includes a model withdrawal form. For purchases on the website, Paddle is the seller (merchant of record) and processes withdrawals and refunds under its buyer terms. If you expressly asked for the digital service to start immediately and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has been fully provided, the right ends at that point; if you withdraw from a subscription you asked to start during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount may be charged for the time provided. To withdraw, send a clear statement to support@geteventhub.app or use the link on your Paddle receipt; the same routes help with any other payment or refund question. Cancelling a subscription is described in section 3. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.

6. User Generated Content (UGC)

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload (photos, text, lists). You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. EventHub reserves the right to remove non-compliant content.

7. Event Editing Restrictions

To preserve the integrity of event information and ensure a consistent experience for attendees, certain event details become unavailable for editing as the event approaches.

These restrictions apply regardless of the selected plan and help prevent abuse, confusion for attendees, and inconsistent event information.
