Terms of Service
Last updated: August 8, 2026
1. General Terms & Offer
These Terms govern your use of the EventHub website and mobile application provided by Denis Fedorovici, Republic of Moldova. By creating an account, accessing an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Questions can be sent to support@geteventhub.app.
2. Governing Law & EU Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. For consumer users (B2C) residing in the European Union, the choice of Moldovan law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections under your local EU laws (pursuant to Rome I Regulation (EC) No 593/2008).
3. Payments and Paddle
EventHub offers one-time upgrades for individual events based on guest count tiers (Free up to 30 guests, Pro up to 70 guests for €29, Unlimited 70+ guests for €49). The first upgrade from Free to a paid plan is charged as the price difference between tiers only. Any later upgrade from an already paid plan to a higher paid plan is charged as that difference plus a €5 processing fee. Website purchases are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. All purchases are one-time payments per event with no recurring subscriptions.
4. Google Play and Apple App Store
Use of a store-distributed version is also subject to the applicable store terms and standard end-user license agreement. Google and Apple are not responsible for EventHub support or maintenance except as stated in their own terms. Refunds for store purchases are handled under the rules and tools of the store that processed the purchase. For the iOS version, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable end-user terms to the extent required by Apple’s standard terms.
5. Cancellations, Withdrawal, and Refunds
For payment or refund assistance, contact support@geteventhub.app or use the support route shown on the Paddle receipt. Mandatory consumer rights in the user’s country continue to apply. Where a user requests immediate delivery of digital functionality, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited after performance begins to the extent permitted by applicable law. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method.
Refund and Cancellation Policy6. User Generated Content (UGC)
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload (photos, text, lists). You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. EventHub reserves the right to remove non-compliant content.
7. Event Editing Restrictions
To preserve the integrity of event information and ensure a consistent experience for attendees, certain event details become unavailable for editing as the event approaches.
48 hours before the scheduled start, the following fields become read-only:
- Event title
- Event type
- Budget
- Currency
24 hours before the scheduled start, the following fields become read-only:
- Event date and time
- Event location
These restrictions apply regardless of the selected plan and help prevent abuse, confusion for attendees, and inconsistent event information.
8. Service Availability and Responsibility
We work to keep EventHub available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, lawful use of guest data, maintaining account security, and keeping their own copies of information they need after an event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and associated events from the app settings. You may also initiate a request at geteventhub.app/delete-account or email privacy@geteventhub.app. Any legally required limited retention is described in the Privacy Policy.
