Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This policy covers the purchases available in EventHub: one-time plans for an individual event (Pro and Unlimited) and the Studio and Agency organization subscriptions. An event plan is paid once and does not renew. A subscription is paid monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically until it is cancelled: the organization owner can cancel it at any time on the organization’s Billing page on the website, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the subscription keeps working until then without further charges. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata unless you withdraw from the contract or the law requires otherwise. Purchases on the website are sold by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. For purchases on the website, Paddle is the seller (merchant of record) and processes withdrawals and refunds under its buyer terms. If you expressly asked for the digital service to start immediately and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, the right ends at that point. If you asked for a subscription to start during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, a proportionate amount may be charged for the time provided until you withdrew. To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision to support@geteventhub.app or through the link on your Paddle receipt; you can use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period ends. After a withdrawal, Paddle refunds the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving it, to the payment method used for the purchase and at no cost to you. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

A purchase processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store must be requested and handled using that store’s refund tools and policies. EventHub cannot directly refund a transaction for which the store is the payment processor.
