How the estimate is built

The model follows banquet practice for Central and Eastern Europe: bottles on tables, a second day, and a reserve for games.

Spirits

0.5 L per drinking guest for 6–8 hours. Long weddings use 0.7 L per man and 0.3 L per woman, counted as 0.5 L and 0.7 L bottles.

Wine

One 0.75 L bottle for every two wine drinkers. Summer leans 65% white and rosé; winter is closer to 50/50 with red.

Sparkling, water and ice

Welcome plus cake: one sparkling bottle for 3–4 guests. In heat plan 2.5–3 L of soft drinks and about 0.7 kg of ice per person.
