Request EventHub account deletion
You can delete your account in the EventHub app or submit a request without reinstalling the app.
9. Account Deletion
In the app, open Profile or Event settings, find Privacy and agreements, choose Delete account, and confirm the permanent deletion.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your EventHub account. Include the account email in your request, but never send your password.

What will be deleted
Your organizer account and associated events, guest records, messages, plans, and uploaded media will be deleted. Limited transaction or security records may be retained only when required by law, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.
